This site is for Department-enrolled Students in BEHV Online Courses at the University of North Texas to enroll in Behv online courses or to add or revise personal information in the BEHV Online Course Database. If you are registering for BEHV courses for University credit, use the Permission Number link instead of this one and then complete your course registration using the UNT Registration System.

NOTE: Do NOT use this form to enroll in courses until you have decided which Behv Online courses you want to take. The form will NOT allow you to request another course later and will NOT allow you to click the Back button to add another course (you'll see an error message). If you decide to add another course, email your request to BehvDLinfo@unt.edu or call 940-565-2561.

Select one:
  NEW student (anyone who has NOT taken a BEHV Online course and does NOT yet have an EUID)
  RETURNING student (anyone who has taken a BEHV Online course at anytime in the past)

All returning students fill in BEHV-assigned EUID*:  (new students skip this)

 

*EUID is a 6- or 7-character ID consisting of the letter "z", your initials and 4 numbers. You must use a valid BEHV-assigned EUID in this database, or you will not be able to log on to the WebCT web page for your course and we will not be able to properly assign your grade at end of course!

Returning students: Do NOT click "new student" and do not enter the wrong EUID! Contact Laura Davis if you do not remember your assigned EUID. Returning students who type in an invalid EUID: the database will not find your prerequisite course(s) and therefore will not allow you to enroll in your new course and you will be required to pay an additional $25 re-application fee to pay for additional administrative costs.

If you are a new student, you will be assigned an EUID as soon as you submit your online application. The EUID will be sent to you by email, so make sure you give us a valid email address and make sure your spam blocker will allow email from BehvDLinfo@unt.edu. Click on "NEW STUDENT" if you have not made application yet and do not yet have an EUID.
