ran on argo using 16 nodes of NRL cluster

Based on run3 of semadls; uses 4400 for min DD of Cyrilla, shade
tolerance 4 for cyrilla

the RMS error files have nans at some positions mapping to 350, 550 and
850  m elevation due to nans in dyn.out files for these positions
