Baserun made on August 23 2002

This run was made with min degree-day = 4400 for cyrilla and otehr
colorado species

Cyrilla shade tolerance was changed to 4

There are nan's in dyn.out files for
E350* 
E550*
E850*
in some terrain positions

Consequently RMSERROR files have nan's for these positions

These need to be corrected by decreasing dt (in progress)
