This MOSAIC run1 was made on 03/24/00

The error maps are wrong because of NaN values in error files produced
by semadls. This was possibly due to failure of dynlay during semadls run
for 40 positions out of the 360

The failed dyn.out files occurred for the following 40 terrain positions
