Dr. Quinn serves as the Director of the Institute for Studies in Addictions and coordinates the Substance Abuse and Addictions Program. He teaches Drugs and Alcohol, Contemporary Issues in Chemical Dependency and other courses. His interests focus on how drugs affect the brain and behavior, as well as predictors of successful treatment. A specialist in criminology / corrections and substance abuse, Dr. Quinn also specializes in the so-called "drugs-crime connection" along with offender behavior and the treatment of addicted offenders.
