Ms. Anna Rae Rozell is the Child Welfare Program Manager in the Department of Rehabilitation, Social Work, & Addictions. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience in the field of child welfare and in clinical social work.

Ms. Rozell was named "Administrator of the Year" by the Texas Foster Parents Association during her tenure with Child Protective Services, Texas State Department of Protective & Regulatory Services. She teaches Child Welfare, Human Behavior in the Social Environment I, and Field Practicum.

Current Projects: Title IV E Program, Disproportionality Committee for Denton County, Family Group Counseling Task Force.
