What's In It For The Students ?
Students who become part of this program receive a $5,500 educational stipend in their last semester bloc field placement at the Department of Family & Protective Services (DFPS).
Students sign a contractual agreement to work for DFPS for a period of eight (8) months after graduation. Should they not complete this work commitment, they must pay back the pro rata shaare of the amount.
Generous stipends given during the student's last semester in the program.
Excellent training and social work experience as Child Protective Services in the areas of investigation, foster care, and family preservation services.
Excellent opportunity for employment after graudation with competitive entry level salary.
