Reservations Policy
Laptops and projectors are available for PACS full-time faculty/staff. Before submitting a reservation request, please proxy
to the calendar of the equipment (PACS Projector 1) that you would like to reserve and check
its availability.
All reservations must be approved in advance through our online reservation
request form. A confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours during
the normal business week. Please keep a copy of this confirmation
for your records, check the calendar and notify us if there are any changes.

Laptops and projectors may be checked out from the PACS Tech Support Office between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
PACS faculty/staff must present their UNT photo id and must know their UNT employee id number. A Property Custody Receipt form must be signed at check-out. This form will be retained by PACS Tech Support until the equipment is returned.
Please notify us if there are changes to your reservation. Cancellations
may be submitted via this reservation request form.
