Reader Satisfaction Survey 2007

Please help improve the UNT Insider by participating in this short survey.

Your answers to the survey will remain anonymous. Once you complete the survey, you will be redirected to a site where you will be asked to provide some personal information (name and e-mail address) to participate in Dr. Bataille's random drawing for free T-shirts.

We are giving away a total of 100 T-shirts: the first 75 people to complete the survey will receive a shirt, plus 25 more will be selected at random.

Dec. 14 is the deadline to participate in the drawing for free T-shirts.
